I MOVE THAT THE BOARD REMAND THIS EXPULSION HEARING FOR FURTHER DEVELOPMENT OF THE RECORD JUSTIFYING THE DISCIPLINARY ACTION.SUCH FURTHER HEARING IS TO BE HELD ON OR BEFORE NOVEMBER 30TH, 2024, THE PARENTS OF THE STUDENT SHALL RECEIVE ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION THAT IS DEVELOPED 10 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF THAT HEARING THAT WILL BE HELD. AND I FURTHER MOVE THAT WE CONTINUE THIS MATTER FOR FURTHER CONSIDERATION AT THE DECEMBER 10TH, 2014 BOARD MEETING.
